One of the most glorious things that has ever happened in our lifetimes is seeing hardcore rappers like Ice Cube, Ice-T, and Snoop Dogg have made the transition into acting. Ice Cube, a rapper who used to write songs like, "F*ck the Police" is now starring in hit children's movies like Are We There Yet? But he's not the only one. Several other famous hip hop musicians have made the transition to the big screen, and a few talented rappers have taken home awards for their movie performances. A few rappers-turned-actors have even appeared in Oscar-winning films.
